Cam Jones


A Caring Hand Home Care

Cam originally started with A Caring Hand in Boise, Idaho in 2009. He began as a Client Care Coordinator helping the Boise location grow in its first few years. Cam and his family moved to Utah in July of 2010 to open the first location in Utah where he took on the Administrator role, building the Sandy location (which was originally in South Jordan, UT). In February of 2014 he opened the Provo office as the Administrator there. He now manages both locations with the assistance of his Administrators and all members of the team! Cam enjoys time spent with family, kite boarding, and coaching wrestling.

Matt Casperson


Utah Case Management

Matt started in home care in Boise, Idaho in May of 2011. Matt began as a Client Care Coordinator there and quickly moved to Utah where he continued as a Client Care Coordinator and assisted with marketing. Eventually Matt moved into marketing full time where he made a huge impact. Matt was a very important part of the growth and development of the Caring Hand Utah team. Matt serves as a board member for the Caregiver Coalition and Continuum of Care for Seniors in Utah. Matt launched Utah Case Management in 2014 and has accomplished rapid growth for his company and career as he has grown into an industry leader and supporter for peers across all elements of the Home Health and Transition Care Management Industry. Matt enjoys time spent with his family and coaching wrestling.

Joe Pacilio

Chief Technology Officer

Joe is formerly a University of Minnesota mechanical engineer who made a career change into technical leadership and software development, where he has proven himself time and time again. His engineering background has given him a holistic understanding of what it takes to build a strong, efficient team, and how to operate a successful operation. Before HealtheFirst, Joe was part of the technical leadership team for a small software company serving a wide variety of customers, ranging in scale from 25 to 1+ million employees.

Greg Clute

Chief Financial Officer

Greg has a diverse background in accounting, financial assessment, financial reporting, planning, project management, financing and business development. Greg's business experiences range from working in the audit field with a specialty in products and services at Big 4 accounting firm, PwC, to being part of various SMB's in a vast array of industries. Along with HealtheFirst, Greg has been involved in a breakthrough medical device company from seed stage to launch as well as a SaaS Broadband Wireless company and corporate compliance-launch-management-leadership facilitation technology.

Steve Clute

President & Chief Executive Officer

Steve has done strategic assessment, planning, financial management, funding, executive mentoring and business development over a +35 year career. Mr. Clute has ownership and management expertise in a wide variety of industries including but not limited to healthcare and technology. Clute entered the healthcare industry in 1982 and launched his med tech career by founding one of the first handheld medical data management technologies in the world. In conjunction with HealtheFirst Steve is launching a new medical device company and is an early investor in a ground breaking pharmaceutical company.
